Warranty Policy
We have two separate warranties. One concerning the actual product/deliverable part of the project, and the production itself.
Deliverables
If there is a physical defect with any product we deliver it must be reported within 10 days for replacement. To obtain a replacement, the defective product must be returned.
Production
In some cases a contract will require a sign off upon completion and after that point Densmore's Video Presentations is not responsible for any corrections/changes.
Other projects, such as a wedding or tribute video, are treated differently. After our initial consultation with the client we carry out the project to completion with the information provided by the client. Projects of this nature carry no warranty on the "artistic" aspects of the production. All filming and editing are carried out by our experienced staff, and any changes to their work will be subject to an additional fee. However if there is a technical or typography error, it will be corrected free of charge as long as we are notified within 10 days after completion.
