Refunds can only be issued in the following situations.
Price ChangeDensmore's Video Presentations reserves the right to change prices for products and services advertised on our site at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on our site.
Densmore's Video Presentations will not be held responsible for any typographical errors.
If we reduce our price on any service you have us booked for or product you have ordered, you may
contact us to request a refund or revised contract for the difference between the price you were charged or quoted and the current price.
- To receive the refund you must contact us within 10 business days of recieving your product.
- To revise a contract you must contact us at least 30 days prior to your event.
Defective ItemsRefunds will not eb issued for defective items. However, if upon recieving your product you find that there is a physical defect, or damage,
contact us within 10 days for replacement. You will be required to return the original prior to recieving your replacement.
After 10 days or if your product does have a physical defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information.
