There are no rights reserved on home video transfers. Copyrights to your home movies belongs to you.
All other video productions
The copyrights to any production completed in whole or in part by Densmore's Video Presentations belong to Densmore's Video Pesentations, unless there is a contract releasing those rights to either the client or a third party.
We offer professional duplication services both on-site and through third-party service providers. Copies are only availble to the client, unless there is a contract for copies to be sold directly through Densmore's Video Presentations or a thrid-party.
Copies of any production made without the written consent of Densmore's Video Presentations, are prohibited by Canadian Copyright Law.
